Who is C4?

Organization – C4 is a Tribally Owned and controlled organization. The Goshute and Shoshone tribes of Western Utah and Eastern Nevada have come together to form a confederacy to create and sustain an economic development capability. C4 is organized and built to last throughout the years. To aid in the development, C4 is awaiting the designation of the Small Business Administrations Tribal 8(a) certification.

Technology – C4 has developed a software solution to go along the engineering of communications solutions. This software is unique in that it allows the Indian Health Services to maintain compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act for network changes and administration while simultaneously maintaining HIPAA compliance. It saves the Government and those that maintain the networks a tremendous amount of effort.
